& Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "you") and MGclub8 ("MGclub8", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the gaming platform accessible at https://mgclub8.cam and any associated subdomains or mobile-optimised versions thereof (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your account by contacting our customer support team.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding any bonus funds which have not yet been converted through wagering.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins equivalent value, or matched deposit amounts credited to a Player's Account under a promotional offer.
• "Game Rules" means the specific rules applicable to each individual game accessible on the Platform, as published within each game's interface.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity verification process required to confirm a Player's identity and eligibility.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency of the Platform.
• "Platform" has the meaning given in Clause 1 above.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to the Platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law or MGclub8 policy.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount (or, where specified, the sum of Bonus and Deposit) must be wagered before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.

To be eligible to open and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

1. You are a natural person aged 21 years or older. MGclub8 operates a strict 21+ age policy and will verify your age during the KYC process. Any Account opened by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.
2. You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
3. You are not a resident of or accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
4. You are not a current employee, director, officer, agent, consultant, or immediate family member of an employee of MGclub8 or any of its affiliated game studios or payment processors.
5. You are not registered or attempting to register under a false name, alias, or with fraudulent identity documents.
6. You have not previously had an Account closed, suspended, or terminated by MGclub8 for a breach of these Terms.

Each individual is permitted to register and maintain one (1) Account only. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited, regardless of the email address, device, or payment method used.

At the time of registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid contact number. MGclub8 relies on the accuracy of this information for identity verification, withdrawal processing, and communication purposes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. MGclub8 recommends using a strong, unique password not used on any other service. You must notify MGclub8 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. MGclub8 shall not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

The MGclub8 Platform operates in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All Balances, deposits, wagers, and withdrawal amounts are denominated in MYR. No currency conversion is applied to MYR deposits and withdrawals.

MGclub8 is required to conduct identity verification on all Account holders. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal request will be processed. You may be required to submit KYC documents at other points during your account lifetime, including following unusual account activity or at periodic review intervals.

Documents typically required for KYC include:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian NRIC, Driver's Licence, or Passport);
• Proof of residential address issued within the past three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence); and
• A selfie or photograph holding your photo ID, with both your face and the identification document clearly visible.

MGclub8 aims to complete KYC review within 24 to 48 hours of receiving a complete set of documents. Incomplete submissions will be returned with a request for the missing information and the review clock will restart upon receipt of the complete documentation.

If MGclub8 is unable to verify your identity using the documents provided, or if submitted documents are found to be falsified, altered, or otherwise invalid, we reserve the right to suspend your Account, restrict your ability to make withdrawals, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.

MGclub8 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via a range of local and international payment methods. Supported deposit methods include: Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Bitcoin (BTC), and Tether (USDT).

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 per transaction unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer. MGclub8 reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.

MYR deposits via DuitNow, FPX, and e-wallet services (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically credited to your Account balance instantaneously. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes depending on your bank's processing schedule. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the required number of network confirmations, which typically occurs within 15 to 60 minutes.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit originating from a payment account not held in your name will be suspended pending investigation and may result in Account termination.

MGclub8 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, and to the general bonus conditions set out in this Clause 7.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is specified in that promotion's specific terms. As a general reference, MGclub8 welcome bonuses carry wagering requirements ranging from 10x to 35x depending on the selected offer.

While Bonus Funds remain active in your Account, the maximum bet per round or spin is RM30 or as otherwise specified in the promotion terms. Wagers exceeding the maximum bet cap while Bonus Funds are active will render the bonus void and may result in the forfeiture of any associated winnings.

Not all games contribute equally towards meeting a wagering requirement. As a general guide: slot games contribute 100%; live dealer table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, sic bo) contribute 10%; sports betting contributes 25%; and fishing games and crash games contribute 50%. The specific contribution rates for individual games are published in each promotion's full terms.

Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion terms, typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date of the bonus credit. Expired bonuses and any associated uncleared winnings are automatically forfeited.

Only one bonus may be active per Player at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while an existing bonus remains active may result in the forfeiture of the prior bonus. Players should complete or forfeit an existing bonus before claiming a new promotional offer.

MGclub8 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated wagering across multiple accounts, use of low-variance strategies specifically designed to convert bonus funds with minimal risk, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms. Any Player found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus voided, associated winnings forfeited, and their Account suspended pending review.

Players may request withdrawals of cleared, real-money funds from their Account Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this Clause 8.

All withdrawal requests are contingent upon the successful completion of KYC verification as described in Clause 5. MGclub8 will not process any withdrawal for an Account that has not completed the standard KYC process.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per request. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 to 30 minutes during normal operating hours. VIP tier members benefit from priority processing lanes with faster clearance times. Bank transfer withdrawals to Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong are typically settled within the same business day.

Winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to any maximum cashout cap specified in the promotion terms. Where no cap is stated, MGclub8's standard maximum cashout on bonus winnings is 10x the original bonus amount unless otherwise stated in specific promotion terms.

MGclub8 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of additional due diligence reviews where required by anti-money laundering obligations, in cases of suspected fraud, or where account security concerns have been raised.

All games accessible on the MGclub8 Platform are subject to the specific Game Rules published within each game's interface, in addition to the general provisions set out in this Clause 9.

• All bets are final once confirmed. MGclub8 does not accept cancellation of wagers after they have been placed and accepted by the system.
• In the event of a technical fault, game malfunction, or communication error during a gaming session, MGclub8 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Player's Account. Bets placed during a known system outage will be voided.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical actions of the dealer as captured on camera. In the event of a dispute, the recorded footage constitutes the authoritative record of events.
• Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with official results from recognised governing bodies. MGclub8 reserves the right to suspend a market or void a bet if the integrity of the underlying event is in question.
• The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games represent theoretical long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the MGclub8 Platform. Breach of any of the provisions in this Clause 10 constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension and may result in legal action:

• Opening, operating, or directing multiple Accounts;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC;
• Using software, bots, scripts, AI tools, or any automated mechanism to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain;
• Collusion with other Players to influence game outcomes;
• Money laundering or using the Platform for any financial crime;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction through use of a VPN, proxy, or any circumvention technology;
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at MGclub8 employees or other players via any channel;
• Chargebacks or reversed payment disputes raised without legitimate cause.

MGclub8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across its Platform. We provide tools and support mechanisms to help Players maintain control of their gambling activity.

Players may apply the following self-management tools via their Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount deposited. Reductions take immediate effect; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Maximum session duration reminders or hard cutoffs.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary (30-day, 90-day, 6-month) or permanent exclusion from the Platform.
• Reality Check Notifications: Periodic alerts displaying time elapsed and net session result.

All content on the MGclub8 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and audiovisual materials — is the property of MGclub8 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, scrape, or distribute any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of MGclub8.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MGclub8 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including without limitation:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Losses arising from system outages, technical failures, or internet connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control;
• Losses resulting from reliance on information published on the Platform;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.

MGclub8's aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

MGclub8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of time;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct;
• A Player's account being involved in a chargeback dispute;
• Regulatory, compliance, or legal obligations requiring account closure;
• At the Player's own request for self-exclusion purposes.

Upon termination for breach, MGclub8 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds, bonus-derived winnings, and real-money funds held in the Account where such funds are found to be connected to the prohibited conduct. Real-money deposits not connected to prohibited conduct will be returned to the Player following satisfactory verification.

MGclub8 reserves the right to amend, modify, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, MGclub8 will provide reasonable notice by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform and, where appropriate, by notifying registered Players via email.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.

The version and effective date published at the top of this document identify the current Terms in force. Prior versions are archived and may be requested by contacting our support team.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MGclub8 is incorporated and operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any dispute as to their existence, validity, breach, or termination, shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.

Players who wish to raise a formal complaint should contact MGclub8 customer support in the first instance. MGclub8 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to reach a resolution within 14 business days. If an internal resolution cannot be reached, MGclub8 will advise on the applicable dispute escalation process.

Nothing in this Clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Malaysian law.
